Regardless of your feelings on the productions of self proclaimed ‘Bro-step’ originator and grammy award collector Skrillex, no one can deny that the man is a hard worker. With a host of collaborations in the works both inside music and without, the running of his label OWSLA, touring schedule and his many media projects we’re amazed at how he fits it all in.

Well he might be well have a lot more on his plate very soon if online gossip mongers TMZ are to believed as they report that a fan is suing the DJ for leaping on to of her from a stage back in 2012 which the claimant alleges resulted in a stroke.

Known for his stage diving antics at his energetic shows the lawsuit filed by filed Jennifer Fraissl claims that Skrillex, real name Sonny John Moore took to the air with a leap into the crowd from the stage during a performance at The Belasco in Downtown L.A. in February 2012 and landed on top of her Fraissl claims she was standing at the front of the crowd when Skrillex summoned his fans forward  thus making it impossible for her to leave or even protect herself and that’s when Skrillex jumped from his table several feet above the stage. The claimant alleges to have suffered several injuries when the DJ landed on her the most serious of which was a stroke, suffered a stroke later “as a result of the trauma.”

Thus she is now suing Skrillex in addition to the Belasco who she accuses of failing to prevent Skrillex of acting so recklessly. Ms Fraissl is suing for unspecified damages  with medical expenses, loss of income, and more expected to be claimed for.
