SELCO debuts on Groovement with his “What’s Poppin’ “ EP

After a long summer break, GROOVEMENT is back with a new family member joining the crew. Recently having released on labels such as Wyldcard, Hood Politics or Fingerprints, Belgium based artist SELCO is sure one to look out for. Introducing us to his high energy Tech House with heavy bass sounds and groovy percussions, “What’s Poppin’ “  is a prime example of SELCO´s signature sound.

The rumbling urban groove combined with the chanting vocal makes for a dark and dirty combination that is perfectly rounded off with alarming synths that keep the listener in pace of the groove.

On remix duties, we have two German artists that are known for their unique bass-driven styles and delivered what we asked for. New to the crew and turning the original into a true tech-house stomper is Vince Versa who has rapidly made a name for himself by releasing and remixing a variety of tracks on labels such as SNOE, Audio Safari and We Are Freaks Records.

Being no stranger to the GROOVEMENT imprint and after having successfully released on Terminal Underground, My Techno Weighs A Ton, We Are Freaks or House Of Hustle, Giddibangbang returns to deliver the final remix to the EP. A dark and gritty forward-thinking track that is sure to raise the heat on any dancefloor.
