German house and techno don Robert Henke has announced that he’ll be reprising his Monolake alias for the first time several years with the release of X I E EP which is set to arrive at some point this December.

Home to Henke’s more techno orientated material, the new EP follows on from his last outing under the moniker back in 2012 when he released the album ‘Ghosts’ and promises to be the first of several new releases planned for the new year and beyond on his Monolake/Imbalance Computer Music label including an as yet untitled album set to arrive at some point in 2016. Aimed more at the dancefloor we can’t wait to hear the new works when they arrive. Roll on the new year!

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
