Richie Hawtin performs with the MODEL 1 mixer

PLAYdifferently, the technology company created by Richie Hawtin, today unveils two new product videos about the award-winning mixer MODEL 1.

The company also announces a series of events taking place at this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event, including two MODEL 1 masterclasses lead by Hawtin and live ambassador Matador. The program for ENTER. presents EXPERIENCES. at Loveland ADE is also revealed today, with six special visual performances including Richie Hawtin, Recondite, Gaiser and Matador plus DJ sets by Adriatique, B.Traits, Hito, Fabio Florido and Julia Govor performing across three rooms at Amsterdam’s Mediahaven. All artists at the event perform using the MODEL 1 mixer.

Engineered by Andy Rigby-Jones, the mind behind Allen & Heath’s Xone series, and co-designed by Richie Hawtin, MODEL 1 is a performance instrument providing new creative possibilities to artists, and empowering them to PLAYdifferently.
