Pomelo celebrates 20th anniversary

pomelo-20years.jpgAustrian label Pomelo has announced it will celebrate 20 years in the game with two EPs, set for release in September and October.With a roster that includes the likes of Brendon MoellerAlex Cortex and Orlando Voorn, the Vienna-based imprint has quite a reputation to uphold. The two forthcoming EPs will be formed of 7 tracks from local artists; the first, due out on September, features work from Patrick Pulsinger and Sam IrlAltroyBuffered Multiple (a.k.a. Microthol) and DJ Glow. Following that, the second EP will be released October 6th, with offerings from Tin ManDigilog and live techno outfit Elektro Guzzi.Stream clips from ’20 Years #1′ below:

A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
