Peverelist  certainly has been busy of late. Not satisfied with hooking up with Andy Mac up to release the ‘Never in Doubt’ under their joint alias Zennor the Bristol producer has now shared his opening edition of Bass Clef’s Magic + Dreams imprint’s new 12,000 seconds cassette series.

Explained by Bass Clef as thus: “The brief of 12,000 seconds is simple. All the artists are given the same set of eight track times: 0:06, 0:23, 1:11, 2:37, 3:03, 3:14, 4:20 and 6:06. They could do what they want, as long as they stuck to these exact times”  the series first release from Peverelist and Ashley Paul is out now with a second release from Hacker Farm and Vi set to follow.

You can stream Peverelist 12,000 seconds cuts ‘Caught In A Dream’ and ‘Kinetics’ below.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
