Nova Black release their ‘Make Love Good’ EP

After critical success with a number of well-regarded disco edits, Nova Black launches their new Wavy Recordings label with a 4 tracker that would have been just at home on any of the big imprints out there.

The London based duo don’t hold any punches with their ‘Make Love Good’ EP, that is full of sublimely cut A-sides. Melodic sample-based house music, with a production edge that makes their offering stand out amongst the rest.

Our premiere is ‘My Life, My Future’ which opens the EP with a steady but funky vibe, the staccato bassline runs alongside an intricate groove which makes for an energetic stance and good soulful listening if you’re at home or deep into the night. An astounding first record from Nova Black and Wavy Recordings.

‘Make Love Good’ is out everywhere on the 27th June.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
