Mix Of The Day: Tom Wax

Earlier in the month Berlin imprint WONNEmusik released the Superman EP, a one-track single from German producer Tom Wax backed by three remixes from Bjorn Mandry, Rummy Sharma and Tom himself. In celebration, the inimitable Mr. Wax offered us up an exclusive mix, and we just couldn’t say no!

A veteran of over 20 years operating under a number of aliases with over 400 tracks and remixes under his belt, Tom has landed cuts on the likes of Toolroom, CR2, Bitten, Suara,Armada Deep, Toca 45, Deeperfect, I Am Techno, Time Has Changed, Plastic City and Soulfood to name but a few. His quirky take on house and techno has earned him a fierce reputation for his work in the studio, leading to a number of notable collaborations including team ups with acid house icon Marshall Jefferson, The Timewriter and Mijk van Dijk and remixing Swiss legends Yello, The Shamen and Erasure.
