Today’s mix of the day comes from one of the underground techno scenes fastest rising stars in Marino Canal. Excited that he has been announced  to make his Fabric London debut on Saturday 30th November when he steps up to the decks  at the London institution alongside Craig Richards, Guti and Laura Jones, Marino has generously decided to perk up our Tuesday afternoon with an exclusive mix to showcase his skills and get us in the party mood.  It’s a dream come true for Marino and another step on the career path of a DJ/producer who is rapidly gaining the attention of the underground. Fans of his productions include Richie Hawtin, Luciano and Dubfire and now, it seems, Fabric founder Keith Reilly…who left us in no doubt with his appraisal of Marino:

“We all live in a world where we have instant access to the world’s most talented DJ’s now. But every decade or so you hear someone, and you know there is something else, something very special going on. I feel Marino is that someone.”

So with that praise still ringing in his ears may we introduce you to the sound of Marino Canal via this exclusive mix below.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
