Here at DT we love acid house and thus have more than a little appreciation for DJ Pierre as one of the scenes most legendary figures.

In fact nothing  gets us in the mood for the weekend better than classic 303 sounds squelching out of our monitors and we’ve been enjoying  the sounds acid originator and seminal Chicago figure DJ Pierre for a long time from his latest effort on Swedish house imprint Deeplay Digital ‘Save Our World’ to his exploits in the studio in the early 90s.

Following on from his August release on Deeplay  we’re now pleased to brighten up your week with an exclusive mix from the man himself with 13 expertly selected cuts for your enjoyment.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
