Mauro Venti & Piem team up on their ‘Majesty’ EP

Mother Recordings continue to ride the hype wave of their sister label Superfett Records and proudly present Piem and Mauro Venti. Two regulars on Green Velvet ́s Relief who teamed up again for another hell of a release!

Piem is the Spanish artist who curates his own Moods party at the W Hotel in London and has released on key labels such as Relief, Crosstown Rebels and Mother Recordings. Mauro Venti is one of the new young interesting names of the moment. Born in the North of Italy at the end of the 90s. At just 16 years old, Mauro started his career at small local parties. Encouraged by his passion and interest. Then at 17, Mauro started producing his own music with a lot of determination.

The title track ‘Majesty’ is a big and chunky House cut with a bold bassline groove and whipping drums. It’s got an amazing female vocal up top and plenty of dynamic piano chords that add to the energy and flavour of the tune, yummy! Next is ‘Jazz Thang’! It’s a real smooth and dope roller for getting the dance floor starting. Another anthemic EP from Berlin ́s Superfett Records to blow up this summer.

Check out ‘Majesty’ below and grab the whole EP on Beatport.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
