For Khyle Black, now it is time for label releases and what a better way to start than to Debut his first solo EP on his label ILLICIT Music

His Debut EP ‘Eve’ shows his driving tech house style and signature cowbells that pump energy through his tracks from start to finish. The EP cover track ‘Eve’ is a darker sound of Tech House.

Our premiere ‘Rocking Up’, the B-side of the EP is a perfect example of tech house. This has a groovy, driving baseline with sweeping percussion elements and cowbells. The catchy vocals throughout this track keep this one grooving with a fine example of a well-worked call and response hook.

You can grab the whole ‘Eve’ EP here on Beatport.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
