Gregor Tresher & Petar Dundov combine on their ‘Ghost Machine’ EP

Share

SCI+TEC has been successfully growing its family of artists over the last decade, with now over 200 releases, label owner Dubfire continues to nurture new talented producers, as well as those more established. Together the label has created a steady
stream of top-notch underground releases year upon year.

Dubfire’s relationship with Gregor Tresher started 12 years ago when Iranian American Grammy Award-winner remixed Gregor’s signature track ‘A Thousand Nights’. Ever since it was clear that the German talent would have his own release on SCI+TEC.

For the minimal melodic two-tracker ‘Ghostmachine’, Gregor teamed up with his longtime collaborator and Croatian legend Petar Dundov. The two presented numerous releases together since their team-debut ‘Duo-Tone Ep’ back in 2011, which have all been a success. The electronic music veterans joined forces previously for Cocoon, Break New Soil, GTO Recordings and Music Man. It was time to get back together for SCI+TEC.

This collaboration is one that never disappoints.

We premiere their ‘Palladium’ over on our NUDE Techno Channel today, check it out here and grab it on Beatport.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
