Fans of DT may remember that one of our new talent features that took many by surprise and had us absolutely buzzing around the office very shortly after hearing their upcoming efforts was from the uber talented and then relatively unheralded Let The Machines Do The Work. What took us by surprise even more was that their material wasn’t the upcoming release of a new big label signing but an underground foursome yet to get chewed up by the hype machine; making fresh music with a old skool vibes purely for the love of it.  It was with great pleasure DT introduced you to the gifted Brighton based quartet who with their catchy garage infused numbers and soulful vocals were sure to be garnering lots of attention near you very soon.

Now they’ve made their way onto the radio with dance music queen Annie Mac giving away the VIP mix of their track ‘Give It Up’ for free on her soundcloud page as part of her Free Music Monday series.

Set to play for us at our unbelievably free entry The Big Chill House presents Data Transmission Class of 2014 party January 25th alongside Codec, Clancy and Symmetry you can download and check out the video to ‘Give It Up’ below:

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
