Album wise, the summer of 2013 was one that just kept on giving and when London’s prolific remixer and DJ extraordinaire Kieran Hebden better known as Four Tet  revealed a surprise full studio effort was en route we were understandably excited.

Entitled ‘Beautiful Rewind’ the producer, DJ and label boss then revealed to little fanfare via his website (which previously unveiled the track listing and artwork designed by Matthew Cooper and Jason Evans) that the new 11 track album would be landing October 3rd. Following on from this release which was made available via a full stream on his Soundcloud page Four Tet took over a show on his native city’s Rinse FM for a total of eight hours on Sunday four minutes of which unveiled an unreleased and previously unheard collaboration between himself and the as yet unrevealed producer behind the Burial moniker (who is definitely not Four Tet regardless of internet specualtion).

Naturally, an eager fan has now ripped the track from the broadcast and placed it on Youtube for those of you who missed the show to enjoy. A bass driven number with haunting garage undertones and a R&B infused edge you can check out the as yet untitled track beneath.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
