Flume Reveals New Album “Very much underway”

We don’t know what they are putting in the water Down Under at the moment but we’d like to know where we could get some, as Australia seems to be exporting more and more high quality music from across the electronic spectrum. 

At the forefront of the Aussie invasion has been DJ and producer Flume who grabbed our attention with a series of strong releases on highly regarded imprint Future Classic. Seemingly destined for the big stage the young the young the man from Sydney then revealed that he would undertaking two separate collaborative projects alongside industry heavyweights Skrillex and Major Lazer to considerable hype.

Now following on from an extensive touring schedule that included a stop at Coachella and the sharing of a fresh remix of fellow fast rising antipodean Lorde comes news via his Facebook page that his hotly anticipated sophomore album is “very much underway.”

Further details are naturally scarce but we’re pleased to know that the young Aussie is back in the studio beavering away at a follow up to self titled 2012 breakthrough debut album.
