Exclusive Premiere: Katy B – What Love Is Made Of (Felix Da Housecat Remix)



It’s been two years since London’s Katy B first burst into the public consciousness with 3 top 10 ten singles from her debut album, at the advent of dubstep breaking into the mainstream which catapulted a host of the capitals rising stars into the spotlight. As bass music has evolved so has the sound of Katy as best evidenced in the stark contrast in sounds between her break though single ‘On A Mission’ and her more recent Danger EP which featured collaborations with Jessie Ware, Diplo, and Iggy Azalea amongst others.

Following on from the turbo charged Danger EP comes the new club ready single ‘What Is Love Made Of’ which is the first effort to come off of her  upcoming sophormore album which is set to drop on Rinse/Columbia this Autumn. Sow with the new single about to clock up some serious radio play this summer we thought we’d treat you to an exclusive premiere of House legend Felix Da Housecat’s House 2 House Remix which conjures up some seriously sunshine laden vibes! Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
