Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul Festival will run from Friday 5th – Sunday 7th July 2013 at Moseley Park, Birmingham, B13 8DD. Birmingham’s brilliant urban festival is back with its biggest line-up yet, taking place in the leafy splendour of Moseley Park. The Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul Festival is bringing some stellar names to the Midlands this July, check out who is on below! Words Are Dead presents – Squarehead at Ashiana Underground (Stafford – Friday)

After yet another night to remember where Words Are Deep brought us TCTS & Mogadishu, July 5th we continue the year with another name making big waves in the Bass music scene. Due to this being their first instalment of the summer they could think of nobody better to bring those vibes than rising artist Squarehead. No words can give you a detailed insight into this mans production so make sure you come down on the night to see what he can do. Along side him will also be Hugo, Jakuta, Ecluse, Co.mute, Sally Crumb and Brux.

Tantalise presents Palava – Celestial Recordings Showcase at The Coach House (Solihull – Friday)

This Friday (5th July) The Coach House in Solihull will see The Terrace be taken over by Mauro Ferno & Mestivan, Finn Bell, Jem Atkins, Jadele, Downton and Steve Kelley. Whereas in the Bar you will be entertained by Rhythimic Groove, All Good & Big Love, Yenri, Dave Thatcher and Jon Whelan. There will also be Grandmaster Ash on Percussion, Beatboxer Cheng and dancers, fire eaters around as well! This is going to be a spectacle for the eyes as well as your ears so head down now!

Jack Groove with MK at Careys Nightclub

Since Jack Groove was born back in November 2012, the brand has gone from strength to strength! Already showcasing some of the biggest names in the underground scene with the likes of Darius Syrossian, Flashmob, Dale Howard & more gracing the decks at their parties! Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
