Having exploded onto the scene with support from many of the DNB scene’s top DJ’s, Vapour quickly made a name for himself with his original bassline lead dance floor sound which continues to destroy dance floors across the world every weekend. Not only that but Vapour’s tunes are regularly played on the radio airwaves with appearances on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 1Xtra, Kiss FM, Kool FM, Xfm and many many more.
Releases come thick and fast with a relentless release schedule notched up outside of his own 36 Hertz Recordings imprint covering a broad range of labels including Metalheadz, 31 Records, Critical, Philly Blunt, Dread Recordings and more. Being a successful solo artist has lead to Vapour performing remix duties for many acts including 4 Hero, Opus III, Top Buzz and Ray Keith to name but a few.
DJ Vapour releases have topped not only the vinyl sale’s chart’s but also consistently top the Drum N Bass download sales charts. Also gaining huge amounts of club support from Andy C, DJ Hype, Grooverider, Fabio, Randall, Shy FX, Bailey, Crissy Criss, Marcus Intalex, Doc Scott, Micky Finn, Kenny Ken, Chase and Status, Sub Focus, and DJ Marky to name but a few!
With a hunger to always provide first-class entertainment and cutting edge music DJ Vapour is certainly not afraid to embrace many styles of DNB / Jungle music in his sets which take in the entire spectrum of DNB / Jungle rather than sit in one style.

Weapons Of Choice Recordings now proudly welcomes DJ Vapour to their fold, who brings with him a quartet of hi-octane drum & bass anthems in the making of his upcoming ‘Hemisphere’ EP.
The dark and menacing ‘Arachnid’ sets the tone of things to come with its use of noirish brass stings, dubwise atmospherics, Rastafari vocal inserts and rolling breakbeat patterns.
On ‘Hemisphere’ the tension grows with the use of stirring strings on the intro paired with relentless, stepping breaks and growling bass pattern, which pays homage to classic, mid-nineties era tech-step.
With our premiere’ Rolling Pin’ we are instantly hit by a no-nonsense, drum & bass workout, driven by a heavyweight break pattern, complete with amen inserts backed by some serious subsonic bass riffage.
‘Take Over’ closes the EP and takes us on a lighter path compared to its companion pieces, but is no less fierce. Featuring a blistering fusion of pitched down amens and rave-esque vocal snippets set to an absolutely filthy bassline, geared for serious dancefloor destruction.
