Following up their latest success ‘Poison Arrow’, released through FFRR back in June, Disciples return with new single ‘They Don’t Know’.
Having already secured its place as Pete Tong’s Essential New Tune on his BBC Radio 1 show last weekend, ‘They Don’t Know’ showcases the UK trio’s talent for production, combining melodic vocals with a deep house groove.
Formed of friends Duvall, Luke and Gavin, Disciples is designed to harness each members individual skills. “Gavin has an ear for percussion and beat-driven music, and I have an ear for melody and musical chorus and stuff like that, so the contrast complements each other. And Luke is fantastic with arrangement and is quick on his feet with lyrics,” explains Duvall.
‘They Don’t Know’ is set for release September 22nd via FFRR, in the meantime you can stream the single below:
