Debut Transmission: gAs – Agogo

Having recently hit the 100th release mark, Cadenza Records keeps up the pace with an EP from Enrico Gasperini aka gAs and Lino Pugliese.

The Italians are no strangers to working together – already running a house-centred side project, gAs vs Linuz, on Orion Muzik. For Luciano‘s label however, the pair’s aptly titled Split EP, offers a side from each producer (that’s two tracks each, plus a digital bonus from gAs).

‘Agogo’ finds Enrico on a tropical tip, crafting a cleverly progressive full of tinkley, sharp percussion and bubbling basslines. Set for a vinyl release next week (digital to follow soon after), the Split EP will be available from the Cadenza Bandcamp.
