‘History of Gods’ delves into the darker side of dance floor. Channeling hypnosis as its primary weapon, the title track rides its way through an uneasy bleep-filled space, while Sterac injects the original with some hissy energy. The other two cuts, ‘Transversal Sight’ and ‘Complex Entity’ infuse 30drop’s knack for loop techno with wandering percussion while the clever changes in swing and groove keep you on your toes until the last kick drum.
