Darius Syrossian launches brand new label Moxy Muzik

Darius Syrossian is launching his new vinyl and digital label called Moxy Muzik.

The first release is ‘Dance Of The Shaman’ track of his, featuring remixes from Man Power, Doc Martin, East End Dubz, and Shaf Huse.  The label with bespoke hand-drawn artwork and the man behind it Darius Syrossian wants to use this label to bring quality music covering all genres, which fuses music aimed primarily at the dance floor with music that has lots of depth and soul.  The label will cover plenty of sounds crossing over both house and techno genres but avoiding the generic obvious sounds that Darius feels is around too much at the moment.

Darius says ‘I’m tired of hearing tracks that are obviously made to make the Beatport Top 10 charts! That market doesn’t interest me at all. Instead, I’m looking to release music that will still be around in 10 years time. This is the reason I am launching Moxy Muzik.”

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
