The Bug releases new video short

Following the release of his latest album ‘Angels and Devils’, The Bug has shared a new short exploring the dynamics and contrasts between featuring tracks; using the heavy acid-grime of ‘Function’ and softer sounds of ‘Void’ to highlight the variety on the album. Working alongside South London directors Factory Fifteen, with digital studio Nexus, and in connection with online arts channel The Creators Project, this really is a collaboration of some of the greatest audio/visual minds today.

The video comes out in advance of the new EP ‘Exit EP’, out on Ninja Tune on October 6th, which features both these tracks and two more taken from ‘Angels and Devils’

The video does amplify life in a consumerist society so if you’re gonna be stuck at your office desk all day only to go home to your 52″ TV and sit on Tinder all night don’t blame us if you start questioning the meaning of it all.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
