Ever since we heard Brodinski’s remix of fellow producer and friend Gesaffelstein’s ‘Viol‘ we knew that the talented Frenchman was firmly one to watch with his jagged synth lines, peculiar samples and a complete disregard for genre boundaries and he hasn’t disappointed as he and his Bromance imprint have gone from strength to strength.

After contributing as a producer to Kanye West’s hotly anticipated new album Yeezus and releasing a new mixtape entitled ‘The Purple Ride’ drawing on the man from Lille’s hip hop influences he has confirmed that next up will be the release of his long awaited debut album.

Set to drop early next year Brodinski has given a few clues to what the album will sound like revealing that it will see him continue to amalgamate genres and gave a few hints as to what styles we may hear on the LP saying : “It’s like mixing styles, which is always a good idea but never usually brings good results, so I’m trying to do it well with what I love about techno and electronic music in general and what I like about rap, R&B and everything from southern USA.”

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
