More bad news regarding new Ibiza nightspot Booom! As the venue has now reportedly lost its license to operate in the latest of a series of setbacks to have plagued the club since its announcement earlier on in the year.
Perhaps one of the most problem affected projects to grace the White Isle in recent memory the club was announced by respected promotional figures Danny Whittle and Guisepe Cipriani only to have the island filled with rumours regarding delays to the opening night which eventually saw their launch residencies make a series of last minute switches to other venues. This followed on from a name change for the club after it emerged that Vantage Investments, the company acting as landlord of the club owned the rights to the clubs initially intended title Bomba Ibiza and accused Cipriani of committing copyright infringement and thus forcing the switch to calling the nightspot Booom!
So with Booom! Set to close after only one season in the sun we suggest you head on over to check it out before it goes the way of the dodo but also look forward to seeing what replaces the club for next years season.
