It’s been four years since Belfast born duo Andrew Ferguson and Matthew McBriar first started their popular blog ‘Feel My Bicep’ but  the last 12 months must have been some of the sweetest for the London based pairing as 2012 was quite the break through year for them.

Playing gigs across the globe from the US all the way to China via a special set at Berlin’s revered Panorama Bar and making their way onto many an end of year list the twosome are looking to maintain their momentum with the release of their new upcoming EP Stash whilst maintaining their hectic touring schedule, production time and obviously maintenance of their ever increasingly read blog.

The new EP promises to give us more of an insight into the boys own personal tastes with proceedings getting a little deeper, presenting an overall more lo-fi style with a broader approach, drawing from a varied range of influences we’re told include King Street Sounds, HBO’s The Wire and Aphex Twin. Let’s hope it’s as good as advertised…

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
