Bandai Unveil Daft Punk Action Figures

No the image above isn’t a new press shot for seminal duo Daft Punk. Well it sort of is but not for the pairing directly but rather there new action figure range made by leading toy maker Bandai in conjunction with Japanese company S.H Figuarts under supervision of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo themselves.

Speaking on their latest creation S.H Figuarts had the following to say “[The dolls were] crafted with meticulous attention to detail — [the] helmet area employs a shiny metallic finish and clear parts for enhanced realism…[and] advanced S.H. Figuarts articulation and seven sets of left/right interchangeable hand parts for recreation of dynamic posing.”

So there you have it the new dolls are perfect for  sending the robotic duo on all sorts of adventures and will be hitting stores in time for next Christmas. Nile Rodgers and Pharrell Williams dolls sold separately…
