Hungry for the power? It would appear so as the Canadian groups Azari & III have not content with being charged with delivering the last installment of Get Physical’s acclaimed Body Language compilation have now revealed that they will be also releasing a new EP via the imprint.

Entitled ‘Lost Express’, the new work is the outfits first offering of original material for over two years and follows on from the release of their eponymous debut LP. ‘Lost Express’ sees producers Dinamo Azari and Alixander III continue to raid the annals of electronic music history as they deliver a retrofitted sound whilst maintaining a contemporary edge.

A five-track affair, the new release features three original tracks from Azari & III backed by two remixes  from Detroit techno innovator Robert Hood and Get Physical affiliate Tiger Stripes.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
