It just seems that international EDM superstar Afrojack can’t keep himself out of the headlines of late. From a highly publicized Ferrari crashing to a flight into space the Dutchman seems to attract a lot of press for his activities outside of the DJ booth.  The latest news to be generated by Afrojack will no doubt offend many more people than damaging an expensive car: he has decided to remix Miley Cyrus.

At first many hoped that his was yet another example of Afrojack’s eccentric sense of humor but it has now been confirmed via his twitter page that he will indeed be remixing the controversial ex Disney star’s ‘Wrecking Ball.’

Already completed, perhaps he can play it on Beamz By Flo. That would seem appropriate.

Check out his tweet below

And the @MileyCyrus remix I said I would make at @HuffingtonPost yesterday is FINISHED, 2014 coming through like a WRECKIN BALL

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
