Powda releases his ‘Nineties EP’

Underground Audio welcome Powda to the label with a brand new EP ‘Nineties / Bounce’.

Powda has been involved in house music for 14 years now producing music under numerous aliases. He has released music with Elrow Music, Cecille Records, Get Physical Music, 8Bit, VIVa MUSIC, Skint Records, Roush, Oblack, PIAS, FORM and now Underground Audio.

This is his first solo project after being part of a duo for many years & one he hopes to push to the forefront of the ever changing house music scene.  This EP on Underground Audio features the classic M1-esque organ patch of ‘Nineties’ opens the release, also is the relentless low of ‘Bounce’ from the two original tracks.

Vibe Killers then compliment the synth work of the original with saturated drum sequences seemingly pulled straight from hardware machines.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
