Take is James Zabiela at Concorde 2

Something new is coming to Brighton, an event for true house & techno followers.

Introducing a new residency at Concorde 2 called Take.  With a successful launch show under their belt at the end of April with the superb Secondcity and dates in London at McQueen already locked in, they step it up for the next Brighton event, featuring no other than the much loved Born Electric head-honcho, and technical wizard James Zabiela on Friday 26th June.

James Zabiela is a rare breed of artist. Over the last 12 years he has become something of a heritage act despite still being 2 decades younger than his peers currently sharing that title;this, in part, is owing to his unrivalled technical abilities in his live performance which have
cemented him into the hearts of electronic music lovers the world over.  James is a technical Jedi and pushes the boundaries of DJing to its absolute limit every time he plays. His skills take Pioneer and the kit into new dimensions.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
