The ‘Icarus’ EP from Bally & Boom drops today

Bally & Boom are a duo synonymous with the Midlands and London Drum & Bass scenes. Originally from Coventry, the pair have been lighting up dance floors with their soulful DJ sets.

The duo are set to unleash their ‘Icarus’ EP on Random Concept Origins today! The EP features 3 original tracks and one remix of Jay Marwaha‘s ‘Sitting In The Park’. These tracks have received support from Ray Keith, Grooverider, Monrroe, Doc Scott and many more.

Bally & Boom joined forces back in 2016 as a result of a shared passion for the Liquid side of Drum & Bass. The London/Midlands based duo are recognised by their high-paced DJ sets and their liquid and dancefloor style productions. They have performed alongside artists such as Dimension, Kings Of The Rollers, Redlight and DJ Hazard, proving why their contrasting styles are so dangerous.

In recent years, the pair have taken to production like a dehydrated raver takes to your bottle of water! They’ve racked up releases on several established labels and had appearances on BBC Introducing, BBC Asian Network and various airplay on the BBC R1 D&B show. Their most defining piece of work comes in the form of their ‘Icarus’ EP.

Today we premiere the title track ‘Icarus’ and it really is an outstanding, well produced track! I hope to see this getting plenty of airplay as it’s fully deserving of the hype surrounding it!
