Rise lands on Uproar Audio with ‘Earthquake’ EP
Liondub proudly joins forces with New York’s Matos + Lovelace to present the Uproar Audio imprint. This is a new sub-label of Liondub International focused on showcasing established and upcoming talent across the Jungle Drum & Bass spectrum.
The second Uproar Audio release features Rise, a young talent with 3 years of production under his belt, yet already receiving wide-ranging support. The Bristol-based artist delivers an outstanding EP entitled ‘Earthquake’ which showcases a variety of styles including technical drums, refined sound design and vocals from himself as well P.A.B MC. With deep hitting bass lines, crisp drums, and a pinch of jungle flavour, we know you will love this!
Rise has been making movements in the Drum & Bass scene all over the country, but especially in his hometown of Bristol and in Portsmouth during his student career. His expansive knowledge of Drum & Bass and his large collection of tracks allow him to blend tunes together from all corners of the genre.
Starting his journey into music production just two years ago, Rise already has a decent selection of tracks under his belt. He’s also received a wide range of support already from across the scene, including fans from the UK and further afield.
For our premiere today we’ve got the title track to share with you, which features absolute don of the scene P.A.B MC on the vocals. It’s a heavy one with bass face inducing powers!
