B-Origin drops ‘Code25 / Deal With It’ on Rollout Records

As we progress through Autumn, Rollout Records are proud to present a two-track single ‘Code25 / Deal With It’ from Dublin mainstay B-Origin.

After a string of solid releases on labels including Dublin-based imprint InHabit Recordings, as well as Bristol’s own Sixteen Step, the young producer continues to showcase his stellar technique with two moody, techy cuts delivered right on time to tear up dancefloors in the clubs.

B-Origin has been busy honing his skills as a Drum & Bass DJ and producer for years, and his expert ear for timing and effortless ability as a vibe-maker are reflected in his latest release.

B-Origin kicks things off with ‘Code25’ – a deep and moody roller that’s sure to get some heads nodding. The atmosphere is set from the very start of the track, with an ominous intro building steadily until it releases into the drop. Searing mids sit above a growling sub and some stripped-back drums, creating a futuristic vibe as the mids intertwine with other motifs as the tune develops. B-Origin shows off his excellent ear for timing and rhythm in this track, which keeps the listener wanting more as the tune rolls out with relentless and effortless style.

The second offering comes in the form of ‘Deal With It’. This tune really does what it says on the tin – it’s rude, no-holds-barred techy goodness. Following a strong sense of anticipation built through the introduction, this tune plunges into the drop with an urgent and punchy midline supported by big thumping drums. As the track progresses the vibes don’t relent, with expert additions in the percussion providing groove and flow, and deeply-satisfying variations in the belligerent midrange grunts all the while.
