After seven years of running a well respected and internationally known music blog and party brand out of Los Angeles and San Diego, California, Music is 4 Lovers are set to launch their much-anticipated record label this year on Valentine’s Day.
“The time was right for us to take MI4L to the next level,” says Jimbo James, co-founder and editor-in-chief of Music is 4 Lovers. “We’ve spent years laying the foundation with the blog and hosting artists at our events, launching a record label was the logical next step. We’re really excited for this new chapter.”
For the debut release, MI4L welcomes Glasgow-based up-and-coming artist Nico Mendez with a five-track EP that features a collaboration with young producer 17 Branches.
