Premiere: Christian Smith - Input-Output (Drunken Kong Remix)

Christian Smith has once again knocked it out the park with a killer second remix package coming out on Tronic on 24^th April for his “Input/Output” album released back in 2016. This 4 track EP includes remixes from SHADED, Pig&Dan, Drunken Kong and techno pioneer and true legend of the industry – Laurent Garnier, no surprise after his support for the LP last year.

Tronic welcomed Drunken Kong in 2015 with their first release on the label. Christian met them in Tokyo, where they are residents as the legendary Womb. They provide our Debut Transmission, a thumping low end drives “Input/Output” at an alarmingly groovy speed, whilst the twisted vocals stand out and lead the way.

A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
