Lee Jeffrey Keeps The Groove Moving With ‘Lose My Mind’ EP

Share

Lee Jeffrey returns to Griffintown Records on 31st July with ‘Lose My Mind’, a three-track EP built for low ceilings, late hours and properly worked dancefloors.

The UK producer has been on a strong run, taking his groove-led house sound to labels including Moxy Muzik and Hottrax while picking up support from DJs across the underground. His tracks pull from deep house, garage and classic club music without getting stuck in one lane.

The title track opens with weighty bass, sharp diva stabs and enough emotion to cut through the darker groove. ‘Papaya’, made alongside Wattyo, closes things out with warm US garage flavour, humid drums and a loose swing made for steamy basement sessions.

Our pick is ‘Confession’. Choppy rhythms, off-grid chords and a colourful house bounce give Lee Jeffrey’s track its own swagger. It rolls without forcing the issue, keeping the pressure locked while the groove does the heavy lifting.

We are premiering ‘Confession’ on Data Transmission today. Listen below and grab the full ‘Lose My Mind’ EP from Griffintown Records when it lands on 31st July.
