Elicia Evelyn Keeps the Dancefloor Guessing on Griffintown Records

Share

Liverpool’s Elicia Evelyn makes her Griffintown Records debut on 16th October with ‘Keep Them Guessing’, a groove-led house cut that knows exactly how to work a dancefloor.

Moving between Chicago house, disco, UKG and minimal in her DJ sets, Elicia has built a reputation for trusting her ears rather than sticking to one sound. Recent appearances at Kaluki Ibiza, OFFSónar, PIV and Mixmag Lab London suggest that approach is working.

Her latest offering brings rolling rhythms, playful tension and plenty of attitude. The groove does the heavy lifting, with just enough movement to keep things interesting. It’s the sort of record that earns its place in a late-night set without making a fuss.

We’re premiering Elicia Evelyn’s ‘Keep Them Guessing’ today on Data Transmission, ahead of its release on Griffintown Records on 16th October.

Listen to the premiere below and grab your copy from Friday.
