Jojo Angel to release ‘Drizzle’ EP on Techords

Techords Bossman Jojo Angel returns to label duties with a two-track EP. With minimal inspired sounds, ‘Drizzle’ EP is a collection of driving house music strictly for galvanizing dancefloors.

Jojo Angel is a DJ/Producer from Greece and Label Manager of Daylight Robbery Records. He has already managed to release music on respected labels such as Relief, Incorrect, MadTech, Simma Black, King Street and Cr2 to name a few. His music has been supported by artists like Carl Cox, Mark Knight, Roger Sanchez, Santé, Sidney Charles, Sam Divine, Gene Farris, De La Swing, Golf Clap, Martin Ikin and more. He is a music lover and prefers not to say many things about himself but speak through his music.

Opening things up is title track ‘Drizzle’. The simple but effective drums give that raw punchy groove to the track, while housey chords open up the drop right before the addictive bassline. Coming up next with old school vibes is the b-side track ‘Dippin’. The female vocal cuts along with the chords and stabs, bring memories from the past finishing off the EP with a house twist.

We premiere ‘Drizzle’ for you today, check it out below and grab it here.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
