Creatures drops ‘Chemosh’ EP on Rebel Music

Share

Both the Rebel Music label and Creatures have been steadily growing over the last couple of years. And we’ve been avid fans of both. The label now has a solid residents team which includes head honcho OB1, Creatures, Kolectiv, Taelimb, Tephra & Arkoze, Wreckless and Hadley. While they also have a bunch of artists on a rotation to spice things up a bit. They also have a crew of MCs to get the party going in the shape of Codebreaker, Ryme Tyme, Verse, Visionobi and more.

Rebel Music have started to put on events, every other Monday night, at The Cause in Tottenham Hale. With their residents and guests and some secret surprise guests that will make you wish you’d attended.

“Monday nights are not about money or anything other than keeping things going and giving the DJs an opportunity where they can come and play the music they want. More importantly, it’s to give people a space to go out and express themselves in the way that they like and shake off all this horrible stuff we’re all going through right now. At least they can come out and get some fresh beats. They can see a couple of friends in a socially distanced and respectable way, while they hear some tunes at a good volume and get some sub-bass!”OB1

One of their original residents’ Creatures returns to the fold with his ‘Chemosh’ EP. He is unleashing the demons with this phenomenal 4 tracker, the follow up to his highly acclaimed 2019 Rebel debut the ‘Drama‘ EP.

The title track is guaranteed to rock your neck back and forth! That signature Creatures sound, deep, marauding atmospheres leading into a mammoth drop are sure to lift up even the biggest of warehouses and dance floors.

The Bristol-based producer teams up with compadres ZeroZero for ‘Let You Go’. A big room roller with a euphoric opening.
‘Capsule’ takes us on a journey into outer space. Its intricate progression, modular parts and beautifully executed synth lines keeping that intergalactic voyage moving on.

The EP concludes with another collab. This time with Austrian artist Screamarts. ‘My Flow’ brings the fun to the release with its future funk, cheeky vocal and pacey beats.

Who knows what’s next for Creatures? All we know is this young star has a very bright future ahead.

Creatures is set to drop his ‘Chemosh’ EP on Rebel Music on 21st September. Today we premiere the title track which you can check out below. Make sure you grab it when it drops (link to follow)
