Ben Read drops ‘As You Were’ EP on Jacky & Friends

Jacky & Friends continues to dominate the contemporary house landscape with a seventh superb EP, this time from Ben Read.

The Jacky & Friends label’s sixth release was from Nottingham based talent George Marshman. Other releases have come from new talent Sorley & Truth Be Told and now Ben Read. Read is a massive star on the South Coast who is now making moves around the UK and further afield having played clubs like Studio 338 and also made his mark in Ibiza. His heavy-hitting style is high impact and unmissable, as this new EP proves.

Our premiere, ‘As You Were’ is built on rock solid kicks, with rolling bass sucking you in as the vocal fuels the fire up top. This is an all-out an unabashed party tech that makes a huge impression. Jacky & Friends has pulled another class EP out of the bag here.
