Blueprint Breakfast returns to Brighton, seaside coffee, sharp questions and Beatport, Label Radar, Ampsuite in the room with Data Transmission.
Before Brighton Music Conference properly kicks off, we’re getting everyone around the table again. Blueprint Breakfast returns on Friday, 22nd May, right by the seaside, with Beatport and LabelRadar on board as partners and another killer guest in the room.
This has become one of our favourite parts of the year. No big stage or rushed handshakes, and there is deffo no shouting over a soundsystem at 11pm. Just a small group of DJs and producers, breakfast, tea, coffee and proper conversations before the conference noise begins.
We started it back in 2019 with 10 people around a table. Since then, around 150 artists have joined us across BMC and ADE, bringing the real stuff they’re stuck on.

Demos not landing. Socials not moving. Gigs not coming in. Music ready to go, but no clear plan behind it.
That’s what the morning is built for.
This year, we’re joined by Lynda Phoenix from Beatport, who knows the scene inside out and has been around the industry long enough to know what matters, what works, and what gets ignored. We’ll be talking demos, marketing, attention, LabelRadar, Ampsuite, Beatport Green Room and how artists can give themselves a better shot in a very noisy world.
Last year had the exact energy we wanted. Seaside tables, good food, honest chats, artists swapping ideas, and a room full of people actually listening. Relaxed, but focused. There are only 40 seats for this one. If you’re heading to BMC and want to start the day with proper conversations before the conference kicks in, come and join us at Blueprint Breakfast.
If that sounds like the kind of start you want to your BMC, come and join us.
