Bringing together two of London’s hottest music collectives and our dear friends, the Hoxton Pony proudly presents Loud Minority & Spacestation as this years hosts to bring in the New Year and take you on a journey into Space 2014!

Promoters, producers, turntablists and Cosmic disco taster-makers Spacestation DJs have been orbiting the galaxy, sampling, researching and developing their unique blend of space disco! Mixing a galaxy full of influences and a complete disregard for space and time, Spacestation’s genre switching style often seamlessly hopping between the new and the old school sounds of Disco, Acid, Deep, Synth, Cosmic and Groove influenced strains of House, showcases’ their love of electronic music and its journey through history.

Joining the Spacestation crew on their Mission into Space 2014 are Cousins Melvo Baptiste and Russ Jay. Born into a world of music encompassing Soul in all it’s elements. Nephew and son, receptively, of legendary music pioneer Sir Norman Jay, Russ and Melvo started throwing parties under the LoudMinority banner from a young age together with close friends from within the music industry.

Russ Jay, Jordan Wade, Micah Fish, & SE7EN, together for one night only as Spacestation and Loud Minority send the Hoxton Pony deep into the outer Space of 2014, breaking down divides in genres, and bringing good people to the dance floor!

A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
