Heavy.DJ and Data Transmission bring you a night not to be missed at the RoXX in Southampton! We’re bringing you two of the biggest names in the Grime/Hip Hop scene, the unbelievable Rustie and Darq E Freaker. Make sure you don’t miss out, as this night is going to be big!

Rustie is undoubtedly one of the most exciting producers and DJs of recent times. With his unbelievable album ‘Glass Swords’ making him the winner of the Guardian First Album Award ahead of some heavyweight competition from Jamie Woon, SBTRKT, Katy B, James Blake and many others, as well as shortlisted for the Scottish Album of the Year award. This man encompasses all that is exciting about electronic dance music, often fitting more thrills and spills into a 3 minute track than most producers do in a whole album. We can’t wait to see what he pulls out of the bag for this night. Along with him will also be South London’s Darq E Freaker who has built a cult following in a little under 3 years, and it all began in 2009 with the release of ‘Next Hype’ the Tempa T rage-anthem. ‘Blueberry’ is the anthem that rocketed him to stardom overseas as it became the Grime/Hip Hop dominating song last summer, you couldn’t go anywhere without hearing it!
