De La Soul, Jamie Jones and Little Dragon are added to eclectic line up at the Wonderfruit Thai festival

Iconic rap group De La Soul, Paradise boss Jamie Jones and the electro pop funk band Little Dragon have been added to the Thai festival Wonderfruit, taking place for three days over six stages from December 19 to 21.

The multifaceted Wonderfruit will be held in Chonburi near Bangkok with their focus on the environment, health and wellbeing. As well as performances from some of the worlds best and diverse artists they will also hold creative workshops which will include fruit carving, jewellery making and exciting outdoor activities such as horse riding, cycling and yoga. For the foodies there will be incredible mountain top banquets, hosted by Michelin starred chef David Thompson. Art will also play a huge part at the festival with installations, theatre, film and debates helping form the Wonderfruit landscape.

Other names added to the roster include Swedish neo folk singer José González, LA based hip hop producer and DJ The Gaslamp Killer, Crosstown Rebel boss Damian Lazarus and label favourite Francesca Lombardo which an all star cast that already included the likes of Hercules & Love AffairSeth TroxlerNick Mulvey and New Zealand seven piece band Fat Freddy’s Drop.

Located on the eastern coast of the Gulf of Thailand, only 80 kilometers from the capital, the area boasts abundant natural resources, spectacular beaches, local traditions, regional delicacies and fresh seafood.
