Connected Events, Aqua Audio and Urban Metropolis Entertainment are proud to announce more artists for the 2013 bill of Badlands Summer Music Festival. Taking place July 5–7 (Calgary Stampede weekend) from 4pm-11pm, this brand new festival in Canada Olympic Park (88 Olympic Way SW) features 19 incredible acts, and is bound to be the most unforgettable outdoor experience of the summer.

In singer/producer Alvin Risk’s young career, he has already garnered support from artists like Skrillex, Designer Drugs, and Steve Aoki, and was featured in Pendulum’s BBC Radio One Essential Mix. Now placed at the forefront of electronic music, his catalogue continues to grow steadily with a host of original productions and collaborations as well as remixes for artists as diverse as Matt & Kim, Ali Love, and Jamaica. Very few can burst on stage and through speakers with boundless, electrifying energy like Le Castle Vania (aka Dylan Eiland) can. The Atlanta-based recording artist, producer, DJ, label owner and party champion has perfected the combination of distorted electro sounds with insuppressible dance vibes and a rock twist. He has performed dates at some of the biggest music festivals in the world such as Electric Daisy Carnival, Ultra Music Festival, and the touring Identity Festival with the likes of Justice, Eric Prydz, Deadmau5 and Skrillex. Juno Award-winning musician, DJ and producer Tiga is one of Montreal’s most notorious electronic music pioneers. Active in the scene since the early 90’s, he has assisted in the creation of music festivals, venues and record labels, on top of his own releases. Tiga has remixed for the likes of Martini Bros., Alpinestars, Linda Lamb, Crossover, FC Kahuna, Cabaret Voltaire, Telepopmusik, Felix da Housecat, Fischerspooner, FPU, The Devils (Nick Rhodes), and Danni Minogue.

Alvin Risk, Le Castlevania and Tiga replace previously announced artists Morgan Page, GTA and Nadastorm.
