Timport keeps it moving on HouseU with ‘Sigue Sigue’

Share

Timport makes his HouseU debut on 28th August with ‘Sigue Sigue’, a lively house cut built for busy floors.

The Argentinian DJ and producer has been developing his sound since 2013, blending house and tech house with flashes of his Latin American roots. His earlier track ‘Pam Pam’ has already picked up millions of streams, while his DJ diary has taken him from Pacha Buenos Aires and Crobar to Ibiza, Madrid, Rome, Casablanca and Marrakech.

Timport’s ‘Sigue Sigue’ keeps things simple and effective. A rolling house groove, bright percussion and chunky synth work sit underneath a Latin vocal that gives the record its hook without getting in the way of the drums.

It has the sort of bounce that works when the room is already moving, whether that is a packed basement, a sweaty terrace or somewhere considerably sunnier.

We’re premiering Timport’s ‘Sigue Sigue’ today ahead of its release on HouseU tomorrow. Turn it up below and grab it on Beatport from 28th August.
