It would have been difficult to not see L.O.U’s name on a flyer in the last 12 months, as she is one of the busiest DJs in Sydney’s underground house scene. On her latest record ‘Addiction’, she carefully layers her distinct driving tech style with the ethereal tones of vocalist The Baroness to create an alluring warehouse-filling sound.

On the remix front, PIEM (Glasgow Underground, Nervous, Armada Subjekt) has thrown his weight around with an unrelenting groove. PIEM, the Catalan artist who has been dictating house trends since the early 2000s, is a resident at W Barcelona and has played on the biggest stages around the world from Space Miami to Pacha Ibiza. As a producer, PIEM has put out essential tracks on key labels like Knee Deep in Sound and Dirtybird.

We premiere his remix today!

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
