Premiere: John Parsley – Simple Days (Ian Blevins remix)

Share

John Parsley concludes Sulk Magic’s maiden year with his debut EP on the imprint, titled ‘Simple Days’.

Containing four typically sordid, doom laden original versions from the Swiss producer augmented with esoteric takes from Stove, Maya Danon and todays debut transmission from Ibiza hero, Ian Blevins.

The title track ‘Simple Days’ gyrates with agitated yet industrious drums providing the backdrop for perverted 303’s, ESP Institute’s own Ian Blevins provide the dance floor fix with their brisker interpretation of ‘Simple Things’ which really had us dancing around the kitchen on a Monday morning, when we first heard it.
